We hired Dave Linklater for the first time at the end of 2012 to purchase our first home as newcomers to Canada. We were very glad we hired him and on April 2021 we hired him again to help us sell our Bungalow and also to help us purchase a newer property. He did an amazing job and withing one week after we listed our place it was sold and we purchased a beautiful duplex. We highly recommend Dave, his the kind of guy that will go that extra mile to make sure his customers are 100% happy and satisfied.
