<p>Eric exceeded my expectations by demonstrating a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He was able to price the sale of our home accurately and it was sold quickly. His team of professionals handled the staging, photography, viewings and market exposure beyond what I velieve others would have. Would use him again for buying or selling for sure!</p>

<p>So happy to work with Eric again! As always it is a pleasure. Eric is informative and has one of the most important attributes a realtor can have, he listens. He won't show you a home you can't afford but he will find you something you can call home. He has a lot of experience and knowledge and his advice is accurate and to the point.</p>

<p>Eric was always punctual and comfortable to deal with. He is honest and ethical in his negotiations. He is fair and considers both sides of the transaction in that way. I would not have been particularly comfortable working with an agent who lacks those qualities. Eric knows the market well and the listing price for my home was therefore as easily determined as was the price at which I was willing to sell my home. When it came time to put in an offer on the condo which I wished to purchase, Eric was thoughtful and considerate in determining a fair purchase price. Both transactions were completed very quickly, I believe in large part, due to the way that Eric conducted himself throughout as the pro Fessional that he is.</p>

<p>We first met Eric years ago when we were just looking into properties to get an idea of the market that we wanted to move to. Eric was kind, patient and helpful to provide a variety of options that really helped us to see what was possible. We didnt buy then but we did tell him that we were going to be doing so in about 2 years time.</p> <p>Two years later we got a call from him just as we were thinking to list our Condo in downtown Calgary. I couldn't believe that he would remember us for that long! This was the first time that we were selling a house, so we really didn't know what to expect. Eric and his team were very patient in explaining the entire process. When I had questions he would answer quickly and help to get me whatever information I needed.</p> <p>When it came time for the sale, Eric helped guide us through negotiations to get us the best possible offer we could get. We really couldn't have done it without him. During the sales process I had a lot of questions on procedures, timing and who does what. Eric took each and every question patiently to explain how things work.</p> <p>I really think that Eric is a great person and professional. We would highly recommend him!</p>
