<p>As a Home Owner selling my house, my experience was that of complete satisfaction.<br /> My agent, Eric Dennis (CIR Realty), is a professional from start to finish. His knowledge of the real estate industry/market and his ability to communicate it, made the entire process a comfortable one. He was able to answer all my questions and provide any additional information I hadn't thought of.<br /> While preparing my home to list, Eric connected me with a staging/designer who provided suggestions to help improve the curb appeal and presentation of my home. My decision to follow-up on many of the suggestions proved successful when the I received multiple showings immediately and an offer right away.<br /> Eric's advice and support during negotiations was beneficial and his ability to negotiate effectively, resulted in me receiving what I felt was the best price possible.<br /> The entire experience was positive and non stressful. I was able to make informed decisions and not feel pressured to settle for less. I would recommend Eric (CIR) to others and will definitely use him again my next sale/purchase.</p>

Eric marketed our house incredibly with a wonderful staging consultant and professional real estate photographer. He explains fully the reason for prices of the property and if things don't work out what the next course of action is that might be considered.
