<p>Eric was a pleasure to work with and we ended up in a beautiful home. His strengths are really listening to what we were looking for and communicating about how quickly we should move on viewing different houses. He also spent a lot of time with us viewing different houses and letting us get comfortable with the process. He was able to schedule multiple viewings in one night which really helped.</p> <p>He did not always provide strong opinions on the house value, market value, and whether it seemed like a good buy/investment. More of a "do you like the house" approach as opposed to hard numbers and value. The only real negative was that his recommended mortgage broker ended up putting us in a mortgage that doesn't meet my needs as well as mortgages from other lenders, and I am very unhappy that I went with the broker. During the approval process there was a complication with an appraisal that I spent a lot of time sorting out. So the closing details weren't worry free for us, as we were worried that the conditional period would end before we got financing.</p> <p>The house possession and final details all went really well. Eric definitely went the extra mile for us and got us a housewarming gift! We enjoyed working with Eric and ended up in the right house.</p>

<p>We relisted our home after it did not sell from the previous realtor. We met with 4 different realtors before landing on Eric. The market assessment he gave on our house was in line with what the other realtors suggested. Within 3 weeks we were fortunate enough to get 2 offers on the same day and ended up selling at our list price. Eric was helpful throughout and kept me up to date on the viewings and any feedback he received.</p>

<p>This was our first time working with Eric. He was fantastic and we will recommend him to anyone we know who is buying or selling. Eric was so helpful and walked us through every step during the whole buying and selling process. Amazing realtor and great person to work with!</p>
