Kelly Decoursey recently helped us purchase our current home, sell our former home and sell a building lot. In the case of the building lot, we listed it on a Wednesday afternoon and had an offer in our inbox the next morning. We sold our home in a matter of 3 weeks (2 offers) during Covid-19. We couldn't be more impressed with Kelly. Having said that, we have had, as a family, 5 transactions with the Decoursey team and to say their network, ability to work for the client and to deliver, is remarkable. Also, I have to mention Kelly's client service. When we viewed the property we purchased in November, we had specific questions but also passing comments regarding certain features.
