We worked with Kelly DeCourcey to sell our home and purchase a new one for our growing family. From the first meeting with Kelly she was engaged, eager and supportive. She had market data to reflect the housing market in our area and had clearly done her research. Her detail oriented nature was consistent throughout the entire process and her customer service far exceeded our expectations. She was always transparent about hiccups, expectation setting and the finer details about the process- which is very important with so many inputs involved. We listed our house a week before a global pandemic hit and therefore many uncontrollable factors were involved in both selling and purchasing a home in unprecendented times. Kelly worked with us to ensure regulations and rules were followed, to the best of her ability and helped navigate our options through it all. Our desired area in the city is popular and houses that fit our criteria were challenging to find due to low inventory. Kelly used her network to find the right house for us, prior to it even being listed. Kelly was very easy to work with and kept our spirits high, even in the hard moments and she was extremely responsive with any questions or concerns we had. I believe she was born with a "SOLD" sign in her hand!
