Kelly Decourcey is next level - no, top-level! -- when it comes to service, knowledge, attention to detail, and getting you the best possible price on your transaction whether you are buying or selling. This woman has more energy and initiative than any real estate agent I've ever dealt with. Basically, from the minute you start the conversation to the end of the signed deal, Kelly works tirelessly, making you feel like you are the only client she is serving. All texts, emails and phone calls are responded to immediately, regardless of the time of day or day of the week. She brings added value in areas you didn’t think were possible and works diligently to ensure that the real estate transaction is smooth and enjoyable (which is no mean feat given how nerve-wracking real estate can be). We’ve used Kelly many times over the years and can’t say enough about her. As someone who has high expectations when working with other entrepreneurs, I can tell you she’s always exceeded my expectations, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

During the aftermath of the covid pandemic, I had been hearing that we were in a seller's market, so I contacted Kelly, and she advised that yes, it was, and it would be a good time to try our house on the market. We took her advice and listed it, and within three weeks, we had an accepted offer, and for a price we were thrilled with, that did prove that our timing was perfect, and we were able to take advantage of the lack of competition on the market, and realize a higher price for our home, than the market had dictated recently. Kelly was very professional, and we worked together as a team to get our home sold quickly, and with minimal stress.

Right from the beginning when Kelly walked into our house you could feel and see in her eyes the passion she’s has for selling houses. I knew she had a good reputation but little did we know how she made you feel you were her number one clients. My husband and I were selling our home at the time of the Covid pandemic that was stressful enough but Kelly was there for us through it all. We were so impressed the way she took total control when an issue would come up her knowledge of selling a home is impressive and her ability to resolve goes without saying. When we signed with this realtor I didn’t realize the level of communication would be so outstanding and I can’t say enough about her and her team. Beside always having a great smile and fabulous sense of humour, Kelly is there for you every step of the way. Selling a house that you've lived in for 17 years was difficult but Kelly made it so simple. She gave me great advice on how to get the house ready.
