Working with Kelly to sell my home and purchase a new one was well beyond the best real estate experience I have ever had. Her patience, knowledge and perspective on reality made her very easy to communicate with. She made the entire process easy and stress-free at a stressful busy time. I felt like she really cared about me and my family. She sold my house in two days for an amount that was more than expected and very very favourable, in terms for myself, she helped strategize and plan for the big picture. Not only was she the key player in selling my home, she helped us find the ideal home we were looking for in our next family home. Kelly goes above and beyond and I highly recommend.

I listed our house of 42 years in April of this year. It was a hard decision but was made way easier by Kelly and her team. She walked me through all the steps, gave me suggestions on what had to be done and was so understanding if I wasn’t up for the task. She aggressively showed my house for 4 days and on the 5th day presented the offers and sold my house.I was overwhelmed by her skill and kindness.
