Kelly is so knowledgeable about the area we were interested in, and so knowledgeable about the real estate market in general. Kelly is very personable and took a keen interest in our family in helping to make things happen for us. We started looking for properties from out of province and Kelly guided us virtually through showings for us, together with our family members on site, when we weren’t able to be there. She worked with us through challenging negotiations and was always very supportive. Kelly was also available almost immediately whenever we needed her. She provided us with information and links to the changes we would need to make when buying our home, for example, the roles of lawyers and insurance agents, changes in utilities and taxes and NB rules and regs in general, as well as links to neighbourhood resources and recreations. We can’t recommend Kelly highly enough to help sell or find your home.
