Since we were only in town for a short time, our viewing schedule was quite intense, but Sophie managed everything seamlessly. She organized back-to-back appointments and was always available to answer our questions and provide the details we needed for each property. What really stood out was her responsiveness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond — even rearranging her personal schedule to accommodate ours when needed.
