I had not only a wish list and some financial decisions to make, but also life decisions as I contemplated what home would be into the future. Sophie laid out all my options, could tell me pros and cons of each, and I ended up seeing the best possible property available in each of a number of types of home. Sophie was patient and understanding, and put in significant effort to ensure I truly understood my options and would make a decision I was satisfied with. She went at my pace, as quickly as I wanted at times convenient for me, and was super organised. It was such an efficient search. Then she helped me negotiate an incredibly price. I can't recommend Sophie enough - she will be your the best home for the best price.
