Sophie was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the area as well as real estate in general. She was always willing to answer any questions I had in a timely manner and was always flexible and accommodating. She was very approachable and made sure to explain all the documents and processes in a clear and concise way, which made the application process easier.

Sophie Roy was a wonderful agent to work with. Courteous and professionial. We were buying from another city and I felt I could rely on her to help us make the best choice. Whenever I had questions she was there no matter what time of day. She was very personable and went above and beyond. Timing was key is the sale and purchase of homes and she juggled right along with us. We would highly recommend and will use her again for real estate needs in Ottawa.

This lady, Sophie! I am so grateful that I "e-met" her after reaching out to her colleague on YouTube. Right out of the gate, I had a friendly, eager and professional person in my corner. Sophie wasn't selling, she was genuinely interested in knowing what my needs were. She wasn't doing your regular know-your-client assessment, she was getting to know and understand me as a person. Needless to say, I quickly felt comfortable that I was in the right hands. Situated 1,071.71km from my intended new home, that was not only a great comfort but a whole load off my shoulders. I knew that I could rely on Sophie! You'd think I'd have sealed the deal immediately but I regrettably didn't. It was unavoidable. I simply couldn't close each time Sophie found something I loved. She did this not once, not twice, not thrice but 4 whole times! I even backed out at some point, and then came back, and then thought of going with an alternative arrangement that had nothing to do with her, and then came back! Aaaargh! Yeah, I know. Even I wouldn't have wanted myself for a client but not Sophie. Sophie is patient Sophie is kind Sophie is empathetic Sophie puts herself in your shoes She talks your hand and travels the long arduous path with you, Guiding you on price, place, amenities, your rights and everything else about real estate that even you wouldn't think to consider. I've been a sales woman most of my life, and I thought I was a great one. I didn't just meet an excellent one, I learned many lessons in patience, and superlative client service served with a positive attitude and genuine care for my best interests the whole time! Sophie didn't find me a place, She worked with me to change my life circumstance. She made the whole process and experience about what I needed, wanted and had to have. She pushed any and all obstacles out of the way until I was settled. We sealed it. I have a new place! In the end, there were tears of joy, and gratitude and such appreciation of the privilege of knowing her at this pivotal time for me. Now I've never met Sophie but cant wait to do so during the first week of October/21 when I move in. Sophie doesn't just have a client in me, she will ALWAYS have a friend that she can count on in me.

I came to Sophie with a challenging set of criteria and a VERY short timeline to find an apartment to rent. She made it a priority, offered great advice, guided me through the process in order to put the odds in my favour, and had me moving in to an ideal location in record time. I don't live in Ottawa, so her advice on neighbourhoods and commuting were precious and spot-on. I couldn't visit in-person, so she took me on personal virtual tours, describing her first-hand perspective which helped me get a good sense of the places. She gave me a competitive edge and negotiated my ideal move-in date. She followed-up with me all the way until I was moving in. Perfectly satisfied with my new place. SO glad I used an agent because I don't think I would have succeeded so fast without her.

Sophie was phenomenal as an agent, going above and beyond to provide us with what we needed to find our new place. I would absolutely recommend her to others.
