Sophie was not only extremely proficient at her work, but she was also an overall delight to work with. I appreciated her candor and communication through the process, and especially her ability to get us a discount on our rent!

We knew early on that we wanted to work with Sophie because she is honest, warm, and patient. She took on feedback when we gave it and remembered little things we were looking for. There were several occasions where we asked her to see properties on our behalf via video call because we weren't able to visit. We knew she had understood our taste and would advise us honestly. We never felt pushed by her and she could even tell when we were feeling overwhelmed by the market. We are very grateful we worked with Sophie to find our home.

Sophie and her business partner Joe Salazar (and his wife Janet) did an excellent job of selling my house. They always made sure I was well informed and they were all so kind, it made the process fun. Sophie is a down to earth, warm, patient, helpful person. Every time I had a question or concern she would get back to me quickly. As well as selling my house, she helped me find a rental since I didn't want to buy another home yet. I highly recommend Sophie for her expertise in real estate.
