Moving from Toronto to Ottawa, I expected the viewing/rental process to be stressful and complicated. With Sophie, it was everything but that! Sophie is extremely patient, answering all of the questions I had along the way. Every time I contacted her by text, I knew that I would receive an informative response within a timely manner. Sophie showed me wonderful apartments, all of them in great locations. She took care of everything and made the experience an enjoyable one. I would recommend Sophie to anyone and look forward to using her when I buy my first house.

I contacted Sophie and her business partner Joe to get an idea of the housing market in Ottawa. Before contacting them I did interview a couple of Realtors but I did not get a good impression. When I met with Sophie and her business partner Joe I have decided to go with them. Talk about being professional and knowledgeable. Every question I asked they provided clear answers.
