<p>We had a pretty good experience with Katayoon. She knew the neighborhood very well and walked us through the whole transaction process. Her husband was also very helpful by doing a pre-inspection for us and giving us a list of all of his findings.</p>

We had the fortune to pick Katayoon as our agent for both the selling of our home, and the buying of a new property. We initially picked Katayoon due to all of the complimentary extras that she provides with her service. Throughout the duration of our time working with her and Derek, we quickly realized that the extras were great, but her experience, thoroughness, kindness and work ethic were the real stars. Katayoon helped sell our home quickly in a downward market by helping with small home improvements, staging, as well as working with us on a price that we were comfortable with. She tried to reduce any disturbance to our busy life with kids as much as possible. She and Derek were extremely generous with their time and service. They helped to negotiate an initial low offer to a price point that we were happy with in a timely manner. When it came to purchasing our next home, she was very knowledgeable about opportunities in the neighbourhood that we were looking in. Again, her negotiation skills were paramount, in getting us our new home at a lower price than we were willing to offer. Even when there was water damage that occurred just days before closing, she and Derek were quick on the scene to assess the damage, reassure us, and work with the seller's agent, property management as well as our Notary to protect our interests. I would highly recommend the team of Katayoon and Derek in the sale or purchase of your home. Katayoon went above and beyond our expectations, and eased the stress of moving. There were several times throughout the process that my husband and I said to each other that we were so glad we picked her.
