Katayoon was recommended by my mortgage broker as "one of the best real state agents he knows". And we loved working with her, indeed. She helped us buy our townhome in Squamish. Katayoon was very quick in assessing the scenario and negotiating price and terms for us. She kept us on the loop for everything that happened and gave great advice on the decisions we had to make. This was Nov 2021. I had a month old baby and can say that the whole process was stress free. We bough the first townhome we visited, without overpaying.
