Katayoon was amazing throughout the entire process. We had purchased before selling and, in readying our home for sale, Katayoon was able to provide us with a great selection of trades, such as painters. She also provided staging services to help us present our already lovely home in its best possible light. Despite a softening market we were able to get offers in just a few weeks. She was very good at helping us determine which offer would work best for us in our circumstances and was wonderful at helping us navigate the stressful sales process. After the sale concluded she continued to provide services that allowed us to focus on packing and moving. And, to top it all off, she gave us a beautiful painting that she had painted as a housewarming gift. We are now in our forever home, but would not hesitate to recommend Katayoon to friends or anyone needing real estate services.
