What an amazing experience with Katayoon and Derek! From staging our condo that went above and beyond. No judgement of our own decorating but just a little sensible furniture reposition and a whole lot of design expertise to really show off our place. Plants and amazing art work. Wow!! Communication was top notch thru out the quick selling process. And we thought they couldn’t do better but we hired them to help us find our next home as well. Again they were above and beyond. So much research before we even stepped into a home! And once in a home, Katayoon’s design eye of the homes potential and Derek’s construction knowledge to help us make an informed decision on our forever home with confidence. Lastly Katayoon made us keep our emotions in check and make a purchase strategy that didn’t get us over bidding. Thank you both!

Our first contact with Katayoon Webb was when we were visiting a condo for sale where she was the selling agent. She was so helpful, freely sharing precious information with us, who had no previous experience in the real state market in Canada. She won our trust right from the beginning. Katayoon has a huge experience and knowledge about the market. She walked us through the whole process with mastery, always answering our questions and providing extra and priceless information. Once we found our dream apartment, she made everything happen so smoothly. Her partner, Derek, a realtor and also an engineer, compliments the high-level service with his attentive and detailed eye. He inspected the home for us with such care and detail, that made us feel totally secure to proceed with the buying. What a team! We totally recommend Katayoon and Derek to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. We felt safe, guided, and supported all throughout the process.

Working with Katayoon and Derek was nothing short of phenomenal. We were first time home buyers with not much knowledge and a lot of questions/concerns. Katayoon patiently walked us through everything we weren't clear on. She always answered informatively, positively, and almost always right away, at all hours of the day. And when it came time to be straightforward and give advice that wasn't sugar-coated, she stepped up with an honest, upfront opinion. Katayoon has an absolute mountain of experience, and it shows - I remember casually mentioning a number of buildings in conversation, and she often already knew pretty much everything about their condition without even needing to do any research. Derek's experience as an engineer is invaluable, he's able to basically give every property an informal inspection on the spot. Despite being very successful (and incredibly busy, I'm sure), they we able to make us feel like we were their only clients and they always had time. I have absolutely no regrets choosing Katayoon and Derek, and would recommend them to anyone.

Always available and incredibly responsive, we really felt like her top priority. And SO knowledgeable - about neighbourhoods, buildings, and of course the entire home buying process. It was clear that her goal was to make sure we got the best home that aligned with our needs, and she was very much our trusted expert throughout the process.
