<p>Katayoon is an absolute treasure! If you are looking for the pot of gold at the end of the realtor rainbow your journey ends with Katayoon Webb. She made the process of selling our condo and buying a house so easy. Katayoon went above and beyond for us from staging our condo beautifully (including artwork that she miraculously finds the time to create), calming our fears and helping us find the perfect house. You would think her job would be done at this point, but not for Katayoon. We had conflicting move-out-move-in dates and she worked her magic again arranging with our buyers to work with the dates we needed! If you want a realtor that is compassionate, generous, caring, positive, hard-working, and professional, then you need Katayoon Webb! My husband and I had a truly outstanding experience with Katayoon. Initially, we have been uneasy about selling our home during the Covid-19 emergency situation, and this was our very first experience with Katayoon. Little did we know that there was no reason to be concerned! She made sure all the safety precautions have been followed at all times. Her staging skills are remarkable and unique; surprisingly, she is also an artist and paints pictures that she has displayed for the staging in our home. Incredibly, she sold our home within days and above the listing price!It was a total surprise, however, Katayoon is such a hard worker, compassionate, and a true professional who is totally committed to a successful outcome. She has fulfilled all of are axpectations and beyond. She has been transparent and up front about the entire process, including the bidding details. Katayoon is an outstanding agent who I wouldn't think twice about recommending to anyone interested in selling or buying a home. She's professional, knows her stuff inside and out and can sell a home in the most challenging of circumstances. Katayoon was very well prepared for our initial meeting & we were greatly impressed! She provided current, up-to-date information & explained how the process would work. After the initial meeting, there was no doubt in our minds who we wanted as our realtor. Using her artistic eye, she helped to stage our home, and it looked fantastic. The lisiting & For Sale sign went up & we had an inquiry- within hours. Katayoon worked hard to get the price we wanted & before you could blink, we had sold our home! She kept is informed along the way & was an absolute pleasure to deal with!!!
