Katayoon helped us buy our new home, and it was the best real estate experience we've had in several sales/purchases. In particular we loved: her experience and advice with what types of renovations would be needed and ballpark costs, her opinions on why a property was priced the way it was, great referrals to inspector, mortgage brokers etc, extremely responsive communication, and the online collaboration centre. We very quickly felt we could trust her guidance, and felt all her advice was spot on. She was great at asking questions and listening to our likes/dislikes, and stepping us through the offer and purchase process, esp when we were anxious about getting all the details right. And she was a fantastic negotiator on our behalf! I'll be enthusiastically recommending her to friends and family looking for an agent.

Can you really love your realtor? From the moment Katayoon came into my home to appraise it to the final paperwork on the sale, she worked diligently, carefully, and professionally. Katayoon is special. I have had realtors before. Some good, some not much. From a proper appraisal, well-researched and professionally presented, to preparing and advising me, the incredible staging and expert negotiations on the sale, I never felt alone or cut out of the process. Katayoon was with me all the way. Just a note on the staging. When I first saw the photos and video, I wanted to put in an offer on my own place! It looked fabulous. It was my home, but so much better! She truly has an artist's eye and esthetic. I cannot rate Katayoon high enough. A fantastic realtor. An artist. A professional.
